I have a lot of tight muscles due to working out regularly but am afraid of deep tissue massages. Jeanette was very careful to make sure the pressure was ok for me. She also used numerous techniques to help stretch out those tight muscles. I most often fall asleep during her massage and feel renewed afterwards. Jeanette is a very kind person who knows how to listen to your needs and wants.

I am writing a testimonial for Jeanette Lingley in regards to the Thai Foot massage she

performed on me and my boyfriend. We were both very pleased with the treatments she

provided for us. Her technique had fluidity and kept us extremely relaxed throughout the entire massage. We left feeling very rejuvenated and calm. Jeanette has a very calming nature about

her which makes every massage I receive from her very enjoyable. Both my boyfriend and I

would love to continue this treatment from Jeanette. Highly recommended.

I have experienced the pleasure of massage therapy with Jeanette.  Having not had massage therapy experiences before, I found that Jeanette truly cares about each individual, their health, their circumstances - mind body and spirit.  She is dedicated to her profession and is, simply stated, one of the best!!!

My last visit to Jeanette was just amazing and so I thought I would share my experience. As soon as she started, the pain and tension in my neck and back eased away with her strong,

soft hands and excellent massage techniques. Jeanette is so gifted at what she does - combining perfect pressure, great atmosphere, and an almost psychic intuition in regards to finding each and every problem spot. Highly recommended.

Our studio is an authorized seller of Biofreeze Cold Therapy Pain Relief. We can offer exclusive massage treatments using Biofreeze or you can purchase it for home use.

Biofreeze Pain Reliever provides temporary relief from minor aches and pains of sore muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains. Biofreeze products are classified as topical analgesics, which work through a ‘counter irritant’ mechanism. This means that the menthol in Biofreeze creates a sensation that overrides pain signals to the brain. This process is known as ‘Gate Control Theory’, where nerve impulses from one stimulus block the nerves containing pain signals to the brain. Recent research also suggests that menthol may stimulate cold receptors in the skin that may help regulate pain as well.
